Terms & Refund Policy

1. Who we are

This website, notes.bookwithteachers.com, is run by Book With Teachers India Pvt Ltd, B-503/504 Vertex Vikas, B-Wing, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What you buy

Top 10 Pass Notes for University of Mumbai TY Semester V, as digital PDF files, for the one course you choose at checkout: TYBA (5 subjects), TYBCom (3 subjects), BMS (6 subjects) or TYBSc Chemistry (5 papers). No printed book is sent.

The price shown on the website (₹499 per course) is the full amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking.

3. Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the thank-you page shows a Download button for each subject. If you gave your email, we also email you the download link. Keep that link – you can use it again to download your PDFs.

If you cannot download your notes, WhatsApp us at +91 90295 51111 with your order ID and we will send them to you.

4. Your licence to use the notes

• One purchase is for one student's personal study.
• Do not share, forward, upload, print for others, sell or resell the PDFs or any part of them, on WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, websites or anywhere else.
• The notes, questions, answers and layouts are the copyright of Book With Teachers. If we find an order's notes being shared, we may block its download link.

5. No guarantee of marks

The notes help you prepare in a focused way. Important questions are chosen from the official syllabus, paper pattern and past papers, but no notes can guarantee which questions will come in your exam, or your marks or result.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Because the notes are digital and available to download immediately, a paid order cannot be cancelled and is not refundable, except in these cases:

• Money deducted but no access: if your payment was taken but you did not get your download link, we will give you access, or refund you in full if we cannot.
• Charged twice: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we refund the extra payment.
• Wrong course: if you chose the wrong course, tell us within 24 hours of payment and before downloading any PDF, and we will switch your order to the right course.

To ask for a refund or change, WhatsApp +91 90295 51111 or email bookwithteachers@gmail.com with your order ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If a payment fails or is cancelled in the Razorpay window, no order is placed, and any amount debited by your bank is returned automatically by your bank.

7. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. See also our Privacy Policy.
